What is the estimated timeline for delivery?

For orders placed from Karachi, delivery can take up to 2 business days. Orders from other cities may take up to 3 working days for delivery.

What is the recommended size of frozen meals for my dog?

As we know, dogs vary depending on factors such as breed, age, and activity level. We recommend giving 3-4% of an adult dog’s body weight in food. For smaller breeds, it's advised to feed 4-5% of their body weight, split into 2 meals a day. For puppies, it's best to give 5-6% of their ideal body weight, with meals split into 3 feedings per day.

How should I store Beasties products?

Treats should be stored in a cool, dry place or in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Frozen meals should be kept in the freezer until ready to use. Thaw and serve. Once opened, the food must be consumed within 24 hours.

How many treats can I give in a day?

Treats can be a fun way to train and reward your pet, but they should be given in moderation and should not substitute a meal.

How do I transition my pet to Beasties meals?

Gradually introduce the new food over the course of a week. Start by mixing 25% new food with 75% of the old food, and slowly increase the new food percentage each day to avoid digestive upset.

What if my pet does not like your items?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If your pet does not enjoy any of the items, you may contact us for a full refund. Unopened items must be returned to process the refund. Terms and conditions apply.
